ECONOMY OF ORANGE COUNTY
California’s stagnant economic growth has stripped away opportunities from all but the privileged few, and we have seen the effects of this from the last administration, and our current Governor. Once, hard work and a good job meant a good life. California is home to the highest taxes, most expensive housing and highest energy costs in the country. Today, even with two incomes, families struggle to afford the basic necessities – gas, rent, food, insurance, and more. This is unsustainable. While we have seen genuine improvements in the last 12 months due to the efforts of the Trump Administration, with real wages for blue-collar workers up 1.4%. gas prices at their lowest since 2020, and egg prices down to a record low, our work must continue.
The Trump Administration’s economic policies, and efforts to support hard working families dream of home ownership, offers the road map back to prosperity. President Trump’s proposal banning large institutional investors from purchasing single-family homes, is a bold move, designed to improve housing affordability for individuals and families. I look forward to supporting this legislation, ensuring that all American’s can enjoy the rewards of home ownership.
America must continue to implement policies to bolster our economy. By continuing to reduce inflation, and restoring opportunity, hard-working Americans will thrive, not just survive. We must implement policies that work for the people. Policies that ensure energy dominance, will raise wages, reduce regulations, promote home ownership, and support small businesses. These efforts will lower the cost of living, and restore financial security for the middle class. I am running for Congress to fight for the working people of District 47 and to help restore the American Dream and make California Golden Again.
PUBLIC SAFETY & CRIME
While District 47’s crime rates are below the national average, California still faces several public safety and crime issues, including a rise in violent crime rates in some areas, ongoing concerns about property crimes like theft and burglary, illegal immigration, and a significant increase in alcohol-related roadway deaths, with a 50% increase over the past decade.
In addition, Orange County’s drug-related overdoses resulted in over 1,000 deaths in 2020, with a significant increase in opioid-related deaths, particularly from fentanyl. But recent reports indicate a drastic decline in fentanyl-related deaths, with a nearly 24% drop reported in the 12 months as the Trump Administration has curtailed the flow of deadly fentanyl trafficked across the border, thanks to our judicious Border Patrol and ICE agents. This decline marks the fewest overdose deaths in any 12-month period since 2020, highlighting ongoing efforts to combat the drug epidemic by this administration.
I support California’s efforts to lower crime rates, and reduce alcohol-related and fentanyl deaths. With the passing of President Trump’s HALT Fentanyl Act, permanently classifying fentanyl-related substances as a Schedule I drug under the Controlled Substances Act, and enforcing 10-year minimum mandatory sentences for trafficking, we can continue to save lives. Let’s stay on track to protect our communities with stricter legislation, removing dangerous drug dealers from Orange County, and protecting our citizens from crime and deadly drugs.
EDUCATION & PARENTAL RIGHTS
District 47 is home to some of the best schools in California, with dedicated teachers and engaged parents. But even our Blue Ribbons schools must adapt to a changing world. With the Trump administration’s education policy, abolishing the Department of Education, and shifting towards increased state control of curricula, and advocating for school choice, our state has an opportunity to significantly improve educational standards.
Students deserve better. I will fight for curriculum transparency, stronger parental involvement and parental rights, ensuring families stay informed and engaged in their children’s education and school environment. I support the Trump Administration’s Title IX legislation banning boys in girl’s sports and locker rooms. We must also expand STEM programs, vocational training, and apprenticeships so students can graduate with real-world skills for high-paying careers in technology, healthcare, and the trades. In addition, providing our students with better access to Pell Grants and, financial assistance for college and other career pathways is paramount to their success. Let’s build on District 47’s reputation of excellence by giving families more choices, expanding career opportunities, and preparing students for the future. This will ensure we are educating our future workforce for the jobs of tomorrow.
AMERICA FIRST | MAKE AMERICA HEALTHY AGENDA
The America First / Make America Healthy agenda is focused on the interests and well-being of the American people. It’s core mission is to enhance our economic and security interests and overcome chronic illness. America’s health crisis is at a tipping point. With over 40% of our population struggling with obesity, diabetes, and hypertension, we must shift from a disease-care system to a disease-prevention healthcare model. Chronic childhood disease has been on the rise for decades. These policies have not only dire quality of life implications, but serious economic and national security consequences as well. This is our moonshot moment to implement change.
U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is working to Make America Healthy Again. Along with The Department of Agriculture, they are working to remove dyes and additives from our food supply, focus on health and fitness, develop policies that provide clean air, water, soil, and make medicine and vaccines safe, effective and affordable. Their goal? Tackle chronic disease at its core. With the introduction of HHS’s new 2025-2030 dietary standards, flipping the food pyramid upside down, we are on the path to a healthier America.
As your Congressman, I will support and spearhead legislation needed to rebuild the safest, healthiest and most vital communities in the world. It’s time to reclaim our well-being and make America the healthiest nation on Earth.
ACCOUNTABILITY IN CONGRESS & ELECTION INTEGRITY
For decades, career politicians have lined their pockets while America suffers. They refuse to pass the No Congressional Insider Trading Act, profiting off the laws they themselves write. They ignore the Lifetime Congressional Integrity Act, keeping the revolving door to lobbying wide open. They reject the No Congressional Cronyism Act, ensuring their families stay on corporate payrolls. They block the Fair Elections & Anti-Corruption Act to keep dark money flowing. They won’t even pass the Stop Congressional Profiteering Act, so they can keep making secret stock trades. And worst of all, they refuse the Congressional Accountability Act—because they don’t want to live under the laws they impose on us. This is corruption, and I will fight to change that. It’s time to elect leaders who will pass these laws, and put an end to politicians who serve to enrich themselves, and not the people.
I also strongly support the California Voter ID Initiative, a constitutional amendment requiring voters to present government-issued identification when voting in person or to provide the last four digits of a government-issued identification number when voting by mail. While the effort has acquired over 1 million signatures so far, we must still continue to gather support so that during the verification process, we can ensure there are enough valid signatures to get this important initiative on the ballot in November. Encourage your neighbors and friends to sign the petition to ensure this important election integrity initiative makes it on the ballot.
SECURE BORDERS & LEGAL IMMIGRATION
America is the land of opportunity for so many—but immigration must be legal, orderly, and through secure borders. For the last 10 months straight, we have seen zero illegal migrants being released into the country’s interior, with Illegal border crossings at their lowest level since 1970. The Trump administration ended “catch-and-release,” reversing the dangerous Biden-era policy that released many dangerous criminals and cartel members into our communities. The on-going efforts of Homeland Security to combat child sex trafficking, that more than tripled under Biden, has succeeded in locating more than 200,000 missing children.
A failed system fuels crime, chaos, and exploitation. We must secure all points of entry, equip Border Patrol and ICE agents with advanced technology, and enforce the rule of law. Cartels profit from our weakness, flooding our communities with fentanyl and human trafficking victims. We must continue the crackdown—implementing mandatory minimum sentences for traffickers, cartel terrorist designations, and expanded U.S.- Mexico task forces.
I believe legal immigration should work for America first. We must focus on a merit-based system, modernize the H-1B system and guest worker programs, with vetted applicants, and streamline processing times. A merit-based system prioritizing security and economic contributions, such as Trump’s Golden Visa program, ensures safety for the American people.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Energy dominance is a common sense energy policy, and is not at odds with a healthy environment—they must be pursued together. Our coastline and the environment are our greatest assets. California is the home to diverse ecosystems that support a wide range of wildlife, and connects us to nature. But economic realities demand that we also secure affordable energy. That’s why we need a strategic approach, focused on energy dominance, clean energy initiatives, and sound water management practices.
We must also fight for federal investment in beach restoration, desalination, and drought relief to secure our coastal communities and water supply. We stand with the environmental groups working to protect our marine and oceanic wildlife, ensuring that energy development does not come at the cost of our delicate ecosystems. We must work together to implement policies that balance economic growth and energy independence with environmental responsibility.
By rejecting extreme regulations, over taxation and implementing fair energy policies, all while respecting our environment, we can ensure a future where the pristine lands of California and District 47 are protected, and energy costs are reduced for all.
SLASH GOVERNMENT WASTE
The policies of the prior administration had a crippling impact on families, with stagnant wages and the cost of everything from food to housing skyrocketing. Government waste and fraud ran rampant. Career politicians refused to make the hard choices, choosing short-term political gain over long-term economic stability. The trend was devastating to the middle class. In the last 12 months we have seen a significant decrease of Inflation, larger than expected GDP growth, and significant gains in jobs numbers. We witnessed Government waste firsthand, with the efforts of DOGE, bringing accountability on federal spending, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used effectively. The momentum has just begun, and we need to continue on this path to restore prosperity to the middle class and all the people of California.
It’s time for bold leadership. I will fight to restore fiscal responsibility and protect the future of all Americans, advocating for the following:
• No Budget, No Pay – If Congress fails to pass a budget, they forfeit their salaries.
• Zero-Based Budgeting – Every program must prove its worth.
• Full Federal Audit – AI-driven oversight to eliminate fraud and inefficiency.
• Balanced Budget Amendment – Require Washington to spend responsibly.
• Debt-to-GDP Cap – Set maximum ratio limits to prevent further economic decline.
• End Inflationary Spending – Require impact review before passing spending bills.
MODERNIZE GOVERNMENT
In 2026, we will mark 250 years of America’s Constitutional Republic—a milestone that calls for reflection and renewal. Historically our nation has led the world in innovation, and, it’s time for a major update to make it more efficient, transparent, and accountable to the people.
To strengthen our Republic, we must modernize our government systems, with secure, updated and efficient software. We must protect our elections with nationwide voter integrity and ID laws. We must update online government services, with secure digital portals for various functions, benefits, and permits, all while eliminating the massive fraud perpetrated by the Democrat party under their control.
With a proven business track record and decades of community leadership experience, I know how to implement solutions, that will make a real impact. Let’s continue to be a beacon of freedom, hope and prosperity for the world to follow.
